Additional duties may apply to US and International destinations, which would be payable by the customer.
For our local customers, we also offer a free pick up option!
If you're going to be in the J3L postal code area (Quebec, Canada) within a couple of weeks of your purchase, contact us to confirm a pick up, and then be sure to choose the "Local Pick Up in J3L - CONFIRM WITH KAIJA DESIGNS BEFOREHAND" free shipping option in the shop checkout.

We take great care in the creation of each piece made at Kaija Designs. That said, as we start out we are testing different materials and techniques, so be advised that many pieces will have small natural flaws that we think add to their charm and their uniqueness.
As we test different suppliers to find the best quality materials, you may note that creations become more consistent and/or have a more polished look to them, which will likely be reflected in their pricing.
We hope you love each and every design that you purchase, and we look forward to receiving your feedback as we grow, experiment and learn!
That said, if you receive a piece that is broken or defective, please notify us immediately with photos. We'll do our reasonable best to correct the issue, but otherwise, all sales are indeed final.

What if my order is delayed?
We are a small business so there may be times when it takes us a bit longer to fulfill some orders, and we're grateful for your patience! If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us so we can give you a new estimated arrival time.
What if there's an issue with one of my purchases?
If you receive something defective or broken, do notify us immediately with photos and we'll do our reasonable best to correct it. Otherwise all sales are final.
